Nice colors, clean and excellent condition overall. No chips. Some scuff marks on the top of the lid. They are NOT deep scratches. Please see pictures. They are not noticeable unless you are looking closely at the top of the lid. I package the cup really well. I use a box with bubble wrap. I will never ship ANY cup in a bubble mailer. Hard to find tumbler...comes with the straw.
