Starbuck's coffee mugs have the typical percentage of manufacturer's marks and defects - a bit too much paint here, a rough spot there. Those are considered to be normal per Starbucks - and therefore, NO RETURNS are considered for Starbuck's mugs. This is not a collectible item.  This is a used mug.
